In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data, and in Royal Decree-Law 1720/2007, of December 21, by which the development regulation of LOPJ is approved, as well as any other current or future regulations that replace and/or modify these, the following is informed:

II. – The collection of personal data and its automated processing aims to enable or facilitate the provision of requested services, the identification of users requesting personalized services, the management, administration, improvement, and expansion of different services, the elaboration of statistics, incident management or tracking, as well as keeping you informed, either by email or any other means, of news, products, and services related to XXX with third-party collaborating companies. For commercial communications via email or equivalent medium, the user gives their express consent for advertising to be sent through this medium. Similarly, consent and authorization are expressed for SOUTHCOAST SURFSCHOOL to transfer the provided personal data to its group companies and to third-party companies or entities, whose intervention is necessary for contracting or supplying the requested products and/or services.

III. – The consumer will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, reserving SOUTHCOAST SURFSCHOOL the right to exclude from the registered services any consumer who has provided false data, without prejudice to other actions that may proceed by law. The consumer can exercise the right to access, rectify, and, where applicable, cancel their personal data at any time, through an email request to info@southcoastsurfschool.com.

IV. – SOUTHCOAST SURFSCHOOL commits not to collect unnecessary information about the consumer and to treat with extreme diligence the personal information provided. It also commits to comply at any stage of processing with the obligation to keep the data confidential.

V. – SOUTHCOAST SURFSCHOOL is committed to adopting legally required security levels at all times to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of personal data. However, the consumer should be aware that Internet security measures are not impregnable and assume the risks associated with it.

VI. – SOUTHCOAST SURFSCHOOL reserves the right to modify its data processing and security policy at any time, always respecting current legislation on data protection, and after notifying the consumer, either by publishing on their website, by email, or any other means of communication considered appropriate.
